No, for the same reasons that we can only display generic tabular
VST interfaces in Audacity, i.e that Steinberg in its licence agreement
for the VST SDK forbids distribution of the source, and require a signed
non-disclosure agreement before you can distribute the binaries.
This is in direct conflict with the General Public Licence which Audacity
is under, which requires us to distribute the source code of the
program and of binaries we distribute with it.

Should Steinberg open up the VST licensing, we could better support it.
