I am a new Audacity-user, and a relatively new PC-user. I have =
downloaded Audacity 1.0.0 to my machine from the net. The reason is that =
I want til record my old LPs into CD's.
By using Audacity and Nero burner-program I succeeded - almost. There is =
one big problem:
Now and then (approximately 8-10 times pr LP) there are small "jumps" =
during playback fram the "aup"-file in Audacity. This is NOT from the =
stylus and pickup arm during recording - I listen carefully to that.=20
This happens on the way from the stylus and into the "aup"-file, during =
recording. It is characterized not by "dropouts", but by jumping =
forwards small intervals, so that the rythm in the music is broken.
Is there any help for this? Has anyone experienced this?
