I had a success email from the build server last night so I had a look at the logs and everything looked fine. It must have been the FTP which failed (currently not logged which I will remedy). Have set another one off just now. Give it 20 minutes or so and it'll be there.
The zip I upload is the one built by the Xcode project as part of the build process. If you want any changes made to it then I'm more than happy to make the relevant changes in the project file.
