Summary: Use temp dir for wxSingleInstanceChecker

On Unix, wxSingleInstanceChecker creates a lockfile on startup. By default,
this lockfile is in the user's home directory. This causes problems with
NFS-mounted home directories, or non-writable home directories (e.g. in
restricted lab environments).
We should pass the temp directory path to wxSingleInstanceChecker to avoid these
