Do you see the autotune entry even listed in the effects menu? If not:
Did you put the autotune vst file in the Plug-Ins directory in Audacity?
I assume you are using the paid version of Antares?

I'm having issues with installing autotune.  I was supposed to download bridge vst 1.1 and put it in the audacity plug-ins folder.  Enable vst to work under edit effects, and it was supposed to work but it is not.  I have the I-lok in also.  The issue is toward the end of the process.  I have vista and 1.312 beta unicode, pc.
