That would be Nicki Minaj. I think I’ve been able to figure out the best settings by actually using their competator, Wild 107.7’s stream, calls are KWXS. Then I tried those same settings on Power and got a satisfactory result, but I was hoping for something better. With the settings I’m using, it also seems to get rid of the annoying high-pitched squeak.

I used the Power 94 Listen Live streamer and their spectrum analyzer showed full audio   on about 15 bands, which pretty much matched what I heard. They were playing STARSHIIPS by Nicki  whose last name I did not catch. I went to use my Internet Download Manager but the time it would  take was over 50 hours. I would have like to have downloaded the song to hear it straigh out as a local file. It did not sound overly bass-y or having any kind of band-distort problems

I have recorded a radio programme using Audacity. The "Links" which I recirded from a desk microphone are at a lower volume than the CD tracks which I used. Is there any way of adjusting the volume so that the volume is all the same?

Hi,

I am trying to record this station and can’t seem to get the processing right. http://player.streamtheworld.com/liveplayer.php?callsign=KXIXFM You’ll notice that there isn’t much in the way of high frequencies in the audio. When I run equalization, it now sounds very annoying because the high frequencies are too high. Ideally, I’d like it to sound something like this, http://player.streamtheworld.com/liveplayer.php?callsign=WBENFM . From 20 HZ to 2 kHZ, everything is set at 0 db.

2.5 kHZ -10 db.

3.15-5 kHZ, -20 db.

6.3-20 kHZ, 20 db. Could someone please help me get the right settings to get the desired result? Thangks.
