*AContent 1.1 Released*
November 24. 2010
*AContent 1.1 was released today*. AContent is an elearning content authoring tool and content repository. It supports the creation, exporting, and importing of IMS Common Cartridges, IMS Content Packages, IMS QTI test and question packages, and IMS/ISO AccessForAll content. Support for these interoperability standards ensures the elearning content you create will be accessible and portable. AContent can be integrated with other learning management systems to provide addon content management capabilities.
If you are using ATutor 2.0.1, you should upgrade AContent to version 1.1. For additional details visit the AContent development site and demo. Or, download the new AContent to install it, or to upgrade an existing AContent installation
*New in AContent*
AContent 1.1 is a maintenance release. It is intended primarily for those using ATutor 2.0.1 or higher. With the refinements made to the IMS import/export tools in ATutor, AContent was updated to take advantage of those refinements, and make it possible to use AContent with ATutor 2.0.1.
Also new in this release is the addition of Spanish and German language packs. For those who would like to help translate AContent into their native language, visit the AContent translation site.
