Hi there, I have started seeing a lot of unrecognized commands being passed through to the MTA (Exim) by ASSP. The unrecognized command seems to be a part of the actual message and can be plain text or encoded emails. As a guide, I have 67 unrecognised commands in the MTA logs for today so far. Yesterday had 59, the day before 72. Prior to that I had 3 and the only thing that showed up in the logs as being unrecognized was "Accept: */*" I can see a couple after upgrading to 13213 from 13210 and loads after upgrading to 13217. I didn't think too much of it at first but I am now informed that these errors cause a 500 error and thus bounce the message. Connections affect incoming and outgoing mail across a variety of source platforms (Various versions of Exchange). All the best, Colin Waring. |
