I guess I found a bug in the collada Loader but was unable to open a bug ticket.
An ambient texture stored in a DAE file cannot be loaded by "aiTextureType_Ambient" type but by "aiTextureType_LIGHTMAP".
Assign a ambient texture to an objects material in 3ds max and export it with "fbx collada" exporter or with "OpenCOLLADA" exporter.
