It'd be a little difficult to do this at the moment as the
text is cleared and recreated when you change the output
setting (text brightness/contrast etc).

I might be able to hack something together, maybe with an
extra stringlist that gets overwritten on the processed
text, but we're using a richtextbox and those are difficult
to work with. Ideally I'd like to write a custom component
that would replace it and add stuff like layers, but that's
a long way off.
