#132 Wanderer - copy progress not needed for small amount/size of files

Regardless of the amount or size of files copied, each time a copy progress window is openened. If the files are small( * ), it takes more time to open that window and close it than to actually copy the file. This "flashing" of copy progress window is just an iritation.

When amount is small, progress window should not be shown. What small means is quite disputable though. It migh rather be based on some heuristic: if a copy process took already a second, a progress of copying progress is less than 50%, show the window progress window.
