#465 V0 Hosted (mingw32) fails to boot.

As the topic states. V0 hosted fails to boot. Been so for over a year now.

Windows shows an requester with the title "AROS bootstrap error" and the text "aros-bsp-mingw32: Relocation error in section 2!".

The console logs shows:

Reason for reporting: because it was missing in the bugtracker.

As of sept 13, 2014 (abi-v0-on-trunk becoming mainstream) this particular mentioned issue is non-existent.

Fixed with replacement of ABI_V0 by ABI_V0-on-trunk. Windows hosted boots now.
