Upon further review (as they say in the NFL), I've removed the key
mappings for these commands.
Ctrl Alt L is globally mapped to listOccurrencesOfPatternAtDot, and
this mapping shouldn't be overwritten in modes where it is useful
(and I think it's useful in most if not all modes).
The other two mappings didn't conflict with anything, but so far (I
think) j has avoid Ctrl-Alt-Shift mappings, and I'd like to continue
to honor that tradition if at all possible.
The menu gives you a sort of emacs-style key mapping for free (for
example, "Load File" is Alt M L).
