ABCL should honor the :OUTPUT-FILE keyword argument to COMPILE-FILE.
So if you do something like this:
(compile-file "foo.lisp" :output-file "bin/foo.abcl")
foo.abcl, plus all of the foo-xx.cls files, will end up in the bin
