During a heavy fight, there is a tendency for a player
to slip through a wall. So players can go through
walls. :) No idea why, but it appears to be a problem
that has just gotten worse over revisions. Likely an
old bug. It at least appears to be an old bug to
players that have been around awhile.

There was a new form of this bug in 0.2.7.2pre that caused
cycles that would collide head on to pass through each other.

There also was an old bug that was related to temporary walls
not being handled topologically correct; it has been worked
around by using temporary walls as little as possible and to
drop them into the grid when someone grinds them.

However, I fear this is not the real solution, therefore I mark
this as postponed with lowered priority.

I forgot: there was another instance of this where an already
gridded wall could be phased through because the face
replacement data was not filled correctly by the grid
    modification code.

Seems to work fine. I'll transform this into a roadmap item,
to remind me to get rid of temporary walls alltogether on the
    server.
