#31 (Rim) walls grindability

Change engine to support "acceleration" when grinding a
permanent wall (previously know as rim wall).
This is of course configurable.
Change map format of upcoming version to include this
configuration parameter on a per-map and per-wall level.
Default will be set to non-grindable.
