#639 Changing Collision to Allow Walking Behind Some Trees

Making consistent the collision points with some trees throughout the Stendhal maps. These patches change the collision points to allow characters to walk "behind" trees. Trying to keep from doinging anything that would significantly change the layout of the maps.

    I probably should have made a separate tracker for this but included in the Nalwor patch is a small fix for a collision/layer issue in Nalwor Forest W. An image showing the problem has been uploaded (nalwor-forest-w_collision-issue.png).
