I am not "arguing" I agree we all have things to do, but we are also going for a persistent world with a relatively constant population. This is why I suggested turning player characters into NPC's when they aren't there. Maybe it'll be hard to tell PC's from NPC's. No, I think it has been "agreed" that anything can be destroyed by some means. It doesn't > work. I think we can come up with a balanced way of making it work. Again the root idea is persistent and interactive in a realistic sort of way. I think turning logged out PC's into NPC's may make this possible, if NPC's AI gets good enough. Brian Thompson |
