In fact, yes we do need help, its a real mess right now.
It got hacked twice in the last month, well, only hacked once but changed
twice, so what we really need is a new website system.
The old PHPNuke is too bug ridden to fix it, I would like to have something
set up that is built on PostNuke, and additionally have about everything
removed thats not needed.

We need a rather simplistic webpage where we can add news to the mainpage,
and maybe a few downloads.

Do you by chance have some PHP skills or can use the PostNuke system? Well,
its not too hard, basicly just read the instructions and stuff...

You could create a website on your local computer and when its ready and
working I can upload it to my webspace, next weekend... or so...
Just get something basic running, and then we can add to it. It just needs
to be moderately secure... like PostNuke for example...
