Category: Code Group: None >Status: Closed Resolution: Fixed Priority: 7 Private: No Submitted By: Katie (kymara) Assigned to: ChadF (chad3f) Summary: Stendhal: portal rejection message is hard coded into java Initial Comment: The reject message for a Quest Checking Portal is hard coded into java instead of using the parameter from the xml. So even though I coded a sensible reject message for the portal in fado hotel, to the dressing rooms, this line is used: Why should i go down there?. It looks very dangerous. because of this in QuestCheckingPortal.java else { player.sendPrivateText("Why should i go down there?. It looks very dangerous."); player.stop(); player.notifyWorldAboutChanges(); } Pleae can the reject message not be hardcoded, if there is an optional one in the xml file. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: SourceForge Robot (sf-robot) Date: 2007-05-28 19:20 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1312539 Originator: NO This Tracker item was closed automatically by the system. All access portal types (excluding doors) should probably be checked to make sure I didn't break anything. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=101111&aid=1718134&group_id=1111 |
