It would be a great feature to be able to run aria2c as
a "proxy" fired up by a bootup script.

Running as a deamon, listening on a port for incommig
requests. The port could be given on the command line
or taken from a config file.
--proxy-mode=[port]

That way it could be easily used by browsers via the
specified proxy port.

This feature in conunction with "--split=N" could speed
up web browsing.

    Sorry, forgot to mention that in this mode it should not
    cache the data but send compleated files directly to the
    client. A client could be a webbrowser or another proxy like
    squid or wwwoffle. These can then take care of caching
    them.
