When downloading torrent(s), the limit on the number of downloads is ignored (meaning that if I set it to a maximum of one concurrent download and add 2+ torrents for it to download, all of the torrents start to download).

Also, its not counting the BitTorrent downloads as actual downloads (regarding the system tray icon's tooltip).

The issue I commented on has been fixed in the latest build of Ares.
