#447 "Recover data" dialog says "Never not override existing..."

The word "not" appears, erroneously, in the "Data recovery" dialog.

Specifically, the last radio button in the dialog reads, "Never not override existing files".

Instead, the option should say, "Never override existing files".

And, if we're being thorough, the word "override" should be changed to "overwrite" throughout.

    Another point of note: It would be nice if this dialog retained the "Location" path with each recovery operation.

    Currently, this path is reset and defaults to my user's home directory each time I restore a file (or files), even if I never close Areca.
