Thanks Vincent,

That solved the problem.  I had the model set for version 2.5.  I changed it
to 4, but got the same result.  When I changed it to 3, it dropped the
Extensions directory.  However, now I get a different message

This is the error on Plone 3.3.5.  I see the same thing on Plone 4.0rc1
