#7 TNC PID parameter

Based on experiences yesterday with a high altitude
balloon running both APRS and OpenTRAC protocols, I'm
suggesting that the PID parameter be set to OFF in the
default config file, at least for the KPC-3+.

Setting PID = OFF will strip all non-APRS packets (PID
0xF0) and prevent OpenTRAC, IP, Net/ROM, ROSE, and
anything else from getting into the converse-mode
output and corrupting data on the APRS IS.
