Anyone who's running any server and connecting to the 'big three', but has a localhost IP of 127.0.0.1 (or any of the reserved private IPs) is not providing a service and should be considered an end user client. Please, either provide a public IP or connect to a more regional/hub/local server and free up core access to someon who is providing public connections.
Take a look at the status page of your upstream server, verify you're doing what you think you are.
