All images where the memory is sliced will produce a single thin line of unrendered or partially rendered data within the image at the slice point. I have run multiple tests with various parameters set ( filter, quality, size, sample). The effect is reproduced on multiple machines with different flames. If an image which is rendering has 3 slices, there will be 2 lines of unrendered/partially rendered data.
This effect is independent of float or int.
Machine: winxp pro. 1 GB of RAM 1.5GHz processor.
If the image is rendered without needing to slice the memory, then the final image is without defect.
