There was a problem with the configuration of APBS on the webserver. It’s now fixed.

Hello --

Can you please clarify:  are you running APBS through the PDB2PQR web server or the PDB2PQR command line tool?

Thank you,

Hi Friends,
I have tried to run APBS through PDB2PQR. However, when I launched APBS, it shows "The versions of APBS on the local server and on the Opal server do not match, so the calculation could not be completed". I have installed APBS 1.3 in C:\APBS. But it did not work. Please help.
