Hello –

APBS can definitely perform calculations on more than one DNA molecule.  Please explain your assumption about the one DNA limitation.

Thanks,

Subject: [Apbs-users] How to calculate multiple DNAs in apbs

Dear Users,

Our group is trying to calculate the case for multiple DNAs and ions, but I found out apbs can only do the case for one DNA. Is there any way to use apbs to calculate multiple DNAs condition, like using boundary conditions or something else?  Thanks a lot.
