Are you using Linux, OS X, or Windows? Do you have the latest version
plugin installed (http://pymolwiki.org/index.php/User:Mglerner)? After
install the latest version of the plugin, you should be able to find a
detailed error log in the PyMOL GUI window (or in the terminal if
using Linux and launching PyMOL from the command line). Please send it
if you're still having troubles.
