#37 Explicit code generation
Sometimes it would be nice to be able to force explicit code generation. While changing the file trivially can force an automatic code generation this may cause unnecessary changes to be checked into the VCS. Also sometimes the automatic code generation is even unwanted as a file may be saved with errors.
Support for explicit code generation could appear on the context menu for the grammar files, under the antlr IDE menu for the project and via a short cut.
