#25 Sun C Compiler patch

There is some C source code that compiles with Sun cc
but not Sun CC. This patch adds a "suncc" compiler and
linker option derived from the ForteCCCompiler and
ForteCCLinker tasks -- almost identical except for the
compiler name. Better refactoring is certainly
possible. It would be helpful to have the suncc option
available as a standard option in the cpptasks code base.
