Patch Borland compiler driver in cpptasks.
- Patch CaptureStreamHandler so it can handle
arbitrary amounts of data. In the unpatched
version, it hangs if there is more output than
it can read in one go
- Patch Borland linker to use bcc32 in stead of
ilink32. The interface is much simpler.
Currently, the ilink32 interface is very much
broken anyway. I changed to bcc32 because
that seemed a faster way to get a running
driver

The Borland driver was pretty seriously broken. I've
committed changes that seem to get it at least somewhat
functional. I expect to do a release in the next few days or
so and would appreciate any feedback.

There was another reworking of the CaptureStreamHandler in
    bug 856985. I haven't done a through review of it, if you'd
like to compare it with your patch and then outline the
problems with the current implementation, it would be helpful.
