Apparently I did submit it before, as when I began to type the description
of the attachment, auto-completion showed me one about <junitx>. Here it is
again though, with new append methods and a setMapper, which make
PropertySet more friendly to call programmatically.
This is obviously not a patch submission, but something that could be useful
to someone who wants to get a head start on a possible implementation.

FYI, Conor hinted he was working on something like this and it is
somewhere way down burried on my TODO list form Ant 1.6.
The thing I don't have is a proper submission of the propertyset
class, so that I wouldn't have to work too hard and it could bubble up
my list. Maybe I just have missed it.
