Hi, I'd like to do an alpha release of the CC task, so that we can get people trying it out. Have a read of what the task currently does here: http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/*checkout*/ant-contrib/cpptas ks/cc.html There's a bunch of things that would be good to add (tests for example :), but nothing that should hold up an alpha. Of course, there'll be a disclaimer that nothing's guaranteed not to change. Or to work. The plan would be to put a .zip and .tar.gz of the distro up on sourceforge, and advertise on ant-user. Adam |

I was planning to add a "Related Projects" page to Ant's homepage and add a pointer to ant-contrib, but figured it would be better to wait until something visible is there. Stefan |

In the meantime, feel free to grab it from CVS. Have a read of cpptasks/readme.html for instructions for building and using the task. Adam |
