#212 Add no-ivy option to get Gump building ant-contrib again

Gump and Ivy don't seem to play well together. To get Gump back online a no-ivy property has been added to the build which will suppress all Ivy activity and depend on Gump getting the dependencies right. The failure prior to this change looks like:
