[AMOS-help] Problem with installation of Figaro

Hello, 

I can't install Figaro. 

$ make install
g++     kmerdist.cc   -o kmerdist
kmerdist.cc: In function 'int main(int, char**)':
kmerdist.cc:271:20: error: 'atoi' was not declared in this scope
make: *** [kmerdist] Error 1

This happens on two different Linux versions. 

Any ideas?
