[AMOS-help] Resolved: Problem with "printScaff ... -dot" (diff attached)

Hi Everybody!

I was finding the following error when running printScaff with the -dot option:

Undefined subroutine &main::printHeader called at
/.../AMOS/bin/printScaff line 205.


I found the problem was with the 'package' declaration of the DotLib
package defined in /.../AMOS/lib/AMOS/DotLib.pm, which should be
"package AMOS::DotLib;", like all the other packages there, and not
"package DotLib;", which it is currently in the CVS.

Here is the diff:
