I have a bttv card, and I put a cable between this card and the audigy. Work very well. It it the same kind of audio cable as the one between a cd drive and a sound card. I connected it on the aux input of the audigy. Without cable, it is possible to do that, but you must load a module. For the bttv, it is snd_bt87x, but I don't know for the connexant how it work with the pcm sound.
