This ticket should probably be broken up after some thinking
We are pretty lacking in the help docs department. There is information on the wiki, but as the user notes, it usually isn't linked to from within allura. Also, much of the information on there applies to classic, so I can imagine it being confusing for new users to wade through looking for information specific to allura. Perhaps we could start by adding some brief help on complicated pages then linking to more extensive information on the wiki for a full explanation? The downside is, some help topics (like the repo key) aren't applicable for the open source version. We may want to break this ticket up into a "make finding help easier" ticket for each tool to make it more digestible for us.
