Hi,
I've installed alliance, the newest version of it and it worked just fine for me. A few minutes later Java update popped up and I clicked on it and updated, but the next thing I know alliance wont start for me anymore…
I'm getting this error:

Try running Alliance as the Administrator user.
I had the same problem. I uninstalled Java 7 and it worked fine. Currently running with Java 6.
You shouldn't have to uninstall Java 7. I have it running on Windows 7 using Java 7 update 3. Make sure your running Alliance as an Administrator.
