#12 Use less RAM; GUI-Free version

Hello,

I'm using AllChars on my old laptop that has limited RAM (although I'm using the maximum amount of RAM it can handle), every bit of RAM savings counts. AllChars is using 4MB of RAM. This is nothing if you have a high-end computer with 2GB of RAM, however, if you have an old computer with low RAM, it can be significant. I think a utility like AllChars should use less RAM. I would suggest also a GUI-Free version of AllChars for the folks who run low on RAM, configuration could be done directly with the .ini file if needed, thus not needing a GUI.
