There is an HTML quoting issue when quoting DOCTYPE
tags within the summary of tracker items. Witness what
this does to this tracker item:

<!DOCTYPE datasources PUBLIC "-//JBoss//DTD JBOSS JCA
Config 1.5//EN"

Please advise: What is the exact issue with the above text?

The above text (in the "Summary" section) used to look like
this when SourceForge attempted to create a symlink to the
    URL within the DOCTYPE tag:

    http://sourceforge.net/forum/message.php?msg_id=3339188

Since this will likely change in the future, I will attempt
to describe it verbally. Basically, when the URL in the
DOCTYPE tag is parsed, the '">' at the end of the DOCTYPE
tag was included (incorrectly) as part of the URL, and stray
'/>' characters appeared on a new line after the end of the
    DOCTYPE tag.

Apparently, someone has disabled (or fixed) the URL parsing
in the "Summary" section of tracker items. If this is the
final solution (rather than correcting the URL parsing), you
    can consider this item fixed.

I will attach a couple of screen-shots to show the on-screen
behavior and the HTML that was created when parsing the URL
    in the DOCTYPE tag.

This bug has been addressed several days ago, and will be
fixed with the next server refresh in a couple of weeks.

I confirm this bug has been fixed by not attempting to
hyperlink URLs in the summary of tracker items anymore.

    You may close the issue.
