You guys offer a fantastic free service, and I'm not trying to complain, but what is up w/ the statistics server lately??? It seems every time I've tried to check my download stats over the past few months the request times out. Is this a known problem on your end and if so when do you expect you'll have a fix in place? Thanks for any time you can spare to answer my request.

    We are encountering some issues with stats. I am escalating this to engineering for investigation. To better be able to appreciate where you are seeing slowness, it would be great if you could walk us through the steps you take to get to a page that is taking "too long" and how long that time is for you please.

    Hi Daniel,

    I had problems with my project's Summary -> Statistics and Download -> Statistics pages. The former would fail to load the download stats graph and the latter would error out telling me the stats server was either unresponsive or slow (something to that effect).
