Cf or cf-shell are not accesible using the sdcc-builder
account.
When connecting to cf, the connection closed, and when
connecting to cf-shell, my ssh key is not accepted, and
I am prompted for a password:

$ ssh sdcc-builder@cf.sf.net
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by
remote host

$ ssh sdcc-builder@cf-shell.sf.net
sdcc-builder@cf-shell.sf.net's password:
