#92 preFunction in htmlContent tag

The htmlContent tag seems to be not working in
1.2beta2.js. The problem looks like that the
AjaxJspTag.HtmlContent execute: function(e) function
does not properly call the preFunction.
The "this.options.preFunction();" fails and it should
be eval(this.options.preFunction) where the
preFunction is specified as "exampleFunction()".
In this way it was working with Firefox and IE.

    what you pass in the pre/post/error functions is the name of
    function, not a command to be executed. So if you have a
    function:

    function exampleFunction() {
    }

    you would set the attribute like:

    preFunction="exampleFunction"

    not:

    preFunction="exampleFunction()"
