Hello

I have updated my Linux to Suse 8.1. I was using
afbackup 3.3.7pl4 and with this version of linux
when I try to make a backup I always get the next error
in the server.backup.log:

Mon Dec 16 11:31:32 2002, Error: Cannot allocate
memory.
Mon Dec 16 11:31:32 2002, Warning: Cannot open file
to check preferred service for client.
Mon Dec 16 11:31:32 2002, Exiting with bad status 1,
most recent system error: Bad address

Also I get this error when I try to check it:

telnet localhost afbackup
Trying ::1...
telnet: connect to address ::1: Connection refused
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.
Escape character is '^]'.
Connection closed by foreign host.

When I try to use the client I get this error in the
client.backup.log

Fri Dec 13 14:30:01 2002, Starting full backup.
Fri Dec 13 14:31:40 2002, Error: Backup client side
subprocess unexpectedly died.
Fri Dec 13 14:31:40 2002, Full backup failed.

Is this a bug of afbackup with this version of linux (kernel
2.4.19)?
How I can solve it?

thanks
