Greeting from the FlightGear community. You may or may not have heard of FG, but it looks like we have a common enemy: proflightsimulator. They are taking FG, which is free and open-source, rebranding it, and selling it. Furthermore, they are stealing videos and screenshots to advertise our product as theirs. On top of that, your project has been offered as a bonus to anyone who gets suckered into this scam. I see you're forum is not active at all, but I just hope someone is here to receive this message. I tried contacting hypernewbie something (a developer, I think) directly, but was unable to. Discussions are taking place at the FG forum at http://flightgear.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=10039 about the legal issues of this. No, I am not a core developer of FG. I was not elected to be a spokesperson for the project. I am just a fellow member of the community, who thought it only courteous to notify at least somebody involved in this project.
