adx - addressbook.xml: new version 0.59 released

adx is a simple but massively web enabled address book in your web browser (no server component needed).
Supports: Skype, LinkedIn, ICQ, Twitter, Delicious, hCard (Microformats), etc.
How it works: XML + XSLT = HTML in your web browser.

New in version 0.59:
- added icon support for Internet Explorer 8 (Tested with RC1)
- added support for: LinkedIn, YouTube, Picasa and GoogleCode
- attribute 'type' of tag 'contact' is evaluated case insensitive now
