0.7.9 - Folder security, export to csv and vcard

The folder permissions dialog has been added. Most security settings are supported in the code but it still a work in progress as read and edits are still not prevented from the table view for example.

You can now export entire folders to a csv file. Individual contacts can be exported to vCard.

Major bugfixes: contact dialog, renaming folders works, public folders work.

Database and default admin user

Many of the database table names have been changed. This release is not backward compatible.

Security groups have been implemented. An Admin user is used as the initial user for setup and administration.

More phone field types so that Advance can import/export to vcal soon.

Finally fixed an annoying bug that was causing the contact/task dialogs to periodically not open on a double click.

GUI update

This release incorporates the KDE date selection widget. Date fields have been changed to use a real timestamp type instead of a varchar. All dialogs have been reworked to use QT layouts. This allows for a resizeable task and contact dialogs.
